Mentor & Mentee
The term “mentoring” refers to a methodological training process in which one person, the Mentor, follows and promotes the career and professional development of another person, the Mentee.
The relationship between Mentor and Mentee is characterized by a friendly and cordial relationship of complicity, mutual trust and support. The Mentor transfers experience, skills, knowledge, motivation and views to the Mentee for his or her professional and personal development
